This man is the worst dentist I've ever had work on my teeth. He never told me about several serious issues I had with my teeth. Why he would withhold all this information, serious information will always be a painful and very costly mystery. He no longer "practices" dentistry in Trumansburg, NY but if anyone is looking for background on this "man" prior to going to him, be rest assured that you're in better hands with most anyone else. Dr. Regnier is a very good dentist! – I also was surprised by that highly negative review. My experience here has been great, and I've been a patient for 16 years. I have friends who drive up from Ithaca, they like the office so much. And a newcomer to the area I know, who had a dental emergency, was awed by how quickly she was seen, and how thorough and caring her treatment was. Treatment here is not cheap but it's worth every penny.

Trumansburg Family Dentistry Best All Around Service – I came across a terrible review for my dentists office and I just had to say, this person got it very wrong. My family has been going to TFD for over 5 years now, since we moved here and nothing but praises to sing about the entire group here. Everyone is ALWAYS professional and friendly and goes above and beyond with helping with whatever situation you may have. Worst Customer Service – Worst place to go if your expecting any form of personable- cheeful-respectful customer service. The front desk and receptionists are rude and short with patients. Look else where if your looking for a business that treats customers with care and understanding. These people are rude. Especially with the prices they charge, you'd think you could get service with a smile..not here!!
