I had a very bad experience from this company. I thought they are reputed company Truman but it is Trubad. No respect, no empathy, no value for their client. My bitter experience – my mortgage company delayed closing by one day, immediately that opportunity prayed and canceled our rental guarantee agreement and said if we don’t close then they will cancel the sale and retain the 57k deposits.
