I had an issue with hot water in my 59k Travato. Just like all the other reviews, the service was hands down best experience . The guys were there earlier then my appointment and took me right in. I was literally out of there in an hour tops. Luckily it was a replaceable part and I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. Outstanding work ! Bruce also took a few extra minutes to give me some pointers as well! Very happy over all thanks guys!!
Great place to have your truma needs taken care of. Great staff, very knowledgeable. Wonderfull waiting room.
We were staying at Ft Wilderness Campground in Disney. When we returned on Friday evening from spending the day at the parks a power surge or something had apparently taken place. Our Truma water heater would not operate on electricity. We did have a surge protector in place which probably kept us from greater damage. We tried troubleshooting but to no avail. Bruce was awesome on the retrofit of our new Truma AC unit. Great communication, trying on the unit and follow up. Love the new unit.
