I've never been afraid of strip mall salons but this one is awful. Not only is it not nice and inviting on the inside it is straight up dirty, in bad condition (broken tiles, crusted instruments etc), and so sad looking with two strands of Christmas lights. I should have known it wasn't worth it when I called for an appointment and was spoken to so rudely, I thought they were having a bad day and still showed up. The hairstylist was messy, rude, and wouldn't provide the services purchased. Avoid at all costs.
Ally provided personalized expert services for me including haircut, color and highlights! I've received so many compliments about the natural-looking highlights...even from other hair stylists I know...I feel younger and more alive!! Highly recommend Ally and this salon!!
Alli was very rude and unprofessional!!
