I had a great experience with Melissa (Missy) Westwood as she performed the settlement for my first time buyers. Closing went fine but they missed 2022 taxes the seller didn't pay. When we got the notice from the county 6 months later their response was basically, bummer, file a claim and maybe first american title will cover it.
