Farica Fkynn with the Venice office did my initial Home Pest control today and she was wonderful. I have had problems with carpenter ants and ghost ants and she spent time going thru the house until she knew where there were coming from and treated everything. Even went in the attic and cleaned all of the cobwebs out of the garge and lanai. Definitely recommend this company
The communication from this site is amazing - right up until you sign a contract. Then it's non existent. Poor response times to communication - 'I'm on holiday'... then when they book an appointment with you they won't show up, nor will they communicate with you until after the appointment time. Avoid.
I have been with Truly for over 6. years now. For most of those years I had a steady rep. come to my house and do a great job and I built a relationship. Over the last couple of years it's been the opposite regarding and I was going to move on at the end of this month but Farica ( who I have unsuccessfully tried to recruit to be our Rep. ) has filled in enough times to where I knew her. I have been a customer with Truly Nolan for almost ten years. It is apparent that professionalism and courtesy is a high priority for this company. I have had a few different technicians over the years. I have to commend my current technician, Kirby. The responsiveness, professionalism, efficiency and knowledge they have shown is a blessing. . The service and the value have been the biggest reason we have remained customers of Truly Nolen for so long.
