Your tow truck guy in blue shirt navy pants just peed in a cup beside the as a in massage. Then tossed it on ground. His truck number 8492. He was picking up the 1955 ford from sr location. When I called the lady told him me, my kid and husband saw him he walked over called us a liar after he filled a cup with water from truck. I have been using Truly Nolen. Bayonet Point for several year. Will is my service tech and I recently had a severe white foot ant problem. Truly Nolen had Will come back several time in an effort eradicate the ants. Will was very concerned as we are and showed great empathy for our issue. Nelson came out today to see the problem for himself and he was very assuring that the problem would be resolved. All this based on their guarantee about resolving an issue once they have treated it. They say "100% guarantee or a full refund" oh and my favorite.. "call if there are any issues and we'll come right out and correct them" this is bullsh*t. I called and waited 4 days for a call back for ants in my house! They never even called me, I had to call them. When I told them I wanted to cancel my service with them because I was dissatisfied, I found they had just debited my account another payment!
