I have been dealing with the same issue for MONTHS! My husband and I received a bill and we PAID it. A few months later we got a letter from COLLECTIONS stating that we owed money. Husband called on 7/23/2020 and was assured that that was a mistake and our account shows payment was made. Here comes August and another letter from collections... called on 8/6/2020 and was told it was taken care of. Now we are in September and guess what?????? Another letter from collections!!!!! We have been having bed bugs for almost 6 months now, I have to keep calling and requesting service, they come and always trying to make me feel like it is all in my head and asking why I called. Horrible follow up, I would think that they would be more on top of it especially when we want to get rid of those bugs once and for all. I am not happy with the service. I have been a Truly Nolan customer since moving to Alamo Ranch in Sep 2013. Always very professional and personable, today (14 Feb 18) was my first seasonal outside and inside treatment for 2018. David Fowler showed up ahead of time and ready to go! He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. I don’t like insects or other pests in my home and have not had any worries since hiring Truly Nolen for my needs. Thanks guys!!!
