Truly Nolen not only can get the job done but has amazing customer service. We live on the island and I came home from work one day to find fire ants everywhere. I didn’t know what to do. Truly Nolen was in my neighbors driveway and I ran over to ask for help- Bradford Wales stayed after his last appointment of the day to make sure we got set-up and scheduled for treatment. Very impressed with service call from Rod at Truly Nolan. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Rod listened to our concerns and asked questions as needed. We called on a Sunday morning and agent was able to get us booked for next morning service call. Rod took his time and performed a great job.
Came the next day and had an immediate solution to our rats in the attic. Gross! Laid traps in the Attic and plugged all holes on the outside of the house. Great people and efficient and friendly.
Great customer service. Tech listened to me and explained what he would do.
