You've raised my rate 3 times since March, 2016 and not by a dollar or two but $6. I'm done now. Will be cancelling my service and going elsewhere. I like your service but can't justify the cost when there are so many lower priced services available.
A technician was supposed to come to my home today July 7, 2017 between 4PM-6PM. The technician was supposed to call between the above mentioned hours for an ETA.. At approximately 5:26 PM I called Truly Nolen and asked if the technician was still coming to treat my home to which they replied yes. The technician never showed up. Just like all the others. I waited at my house from 3-6 with no show or call. When I called today I was told tech is running behind due to weather!? (For inside treatment)?? Ok fine they will be at my house in 45 mins. EXCEPT I can't be there today because I took off work YESTERDAY! Thanks gang for the heads up.
