Terrible service This was a horrible company to deal with. First they no-showed on me twice in the same day. Then when they came the next day they set up spring mouse traps in corners of my house when they knew I had a toddler running around. I called to complain to the manager (Dareld) and he basically accused me of lying. I am absolutely disgusted with their service and have complained to not only their owner but also to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid these people at all cost!!!
So, this is our experience with Truly Nolen. Kevin came out on a Wednesday to confirm we had bed bugs. The same day we e-mailed a contract back over to them. Didn't hear back Thursday, Friday so I called the office on Saturday. We were told that Kevin was on vacation until Monday. Spoke to him on Monday, he said he was on his way to another appt. that would take him an hour and then he would call back. We never heard from him again. Unacceptable!

Absolutely a scam...I witnessed my nieghbor get scammed by them for the past year now...I'm not even a customer and I'm disgusted. Troy the manager at the ABQ location could not spell customer service if he tried. I have video evidence of my Nieghbor's house that they are full of it, said they came for an hour and went in the home when based on video they came for 14 mins and didn't even enter the home. Pathetic!
I've been using them for many years and have been pleased. Today was the first time that I called them to do an extra spraying in between my regularly scheduled visits. I called and told them that I was seeing more than normal of spider activity. They, Tim, came out within 1 hour of calling them. I'm definitely a satisfied customer!
