If you want to work for a company, don’t work for truly Nolan. They value favoritism in the work place, hiring people and telling them they’re hired while making them wait months to actually start their first day. They love to give jobs to their favorite employees and everyone’s mistakes and retreats on the new guys, guaranteeing no income for new workers. Unfortunately, the Cutler Bay Miami office has a policy that they are not allowed to answer phones or permit customers in the office. This policy makes it very difficult to connect with the office or technician. They also have a policy that forbids them to return calls. They are eager to sell a contract, but that's where the service stops. My technician has been MIA for one year, and I have the 4-season contract!
