T.N. was suppose to show up to perform an extermination for bedbugs this morning. Last night we gathered all of our belongings and stored them away, dismantled the beds as instructed. Purchased air mattresses for the kids. All the kids clothes were packed away. just to have them contact us 10 min prior to when they were to show up to tell us it would be another 4 days before they could do it. Piss Poor management and customer service...... I'm amazed yall are still in business with these types of practices......
