There’s no excuse for their absurdly poor phone system. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes to schedule a visit to deal with ants that just appeared. I have an annual contract. This interminable wait happens whenever you try to call the company for any issue. If I could only get through to a real person I’d cancel my contract. I’m TRULY fed up!!!
We are part time residents. Upon arriving this week, we noticed animal droppings on the perimeter of the lanai, at the front door, and along the baseboard of the kitchen. We feared it might be a rodent of some kind, so we called Truly Nolen. I just got hung up on trying to order service. Maybe the prick has been sniffing way too many chemicals.
Just like all the others. I waited at my house from 3-6 with no show or call. When I called today I was told tech is running behind due to weather!? (For inside treatment)?? Ok fine they will be at my house in 45 mins. EXCEPT I can't be there today because I took off work YESTERDAY! Thanks gang for the heads up.
