I sent a competitor Command fumigation quote for $1,100 — the same rate as your quote, using Vikane, same as yours. It is obvious that you are inflating the costs and NOT giving me any real discount much less 40% off, or the rate would be $660, which represents 40% off what any other company would charge me for FULL PRICE. The Truly Nolen guys came out gave me a good inspection with a good, competitive price. Eddy P(tech) and Andrew K (manager) came out and did a great job fixing my termite issue. Eddy did everything that was required and did a fantastic job. Thank you again guy.

Tech showed up ... shined a flashlight around and said "good to go" ... never even looked in the attic - which is where the activity was in the past. This same day another tech was supposed to show up to do a pest control treatment. Never showed... never called. This happened last year and when i called i was told they had a family illness but never even apologized. My second chance has been a waste of my time.. i won't make the mistake a third time. Do not waste your time with Truly Nolan

Thanks Truly Nolen! Richard, Jermey and Eddy! You all have a first rate team. I've had issues with termites for years and finally, I believe THEY have been able to solve the problem. Please take note and watch your gutters! If they are piped out to the street or canal they need to be capped otherwise the gas when tenting will escape and the termintes will continue to thrive! Again, thanks!

I have been using Truly for two years now. They have done a great job eliminating my rats and keeping them out. I have had the same tech, Eddy, dedicated to my residence for two years. I've seen a lot of service companies with constant turnover; this is nice to see that kind of dedication, and it's great to establish that kind of customer/company relationship. Eddy is super professional, polite, and very trustworthy in your home, which is an important aspect. He does an awesome job and I highly recommend him.
