Every single year since having Truly Nolen service my son ( 3 of 6 years) my son has been stung by a scorpion. My son has also been bitten by spiders, along with myself! This service sucks! Done!

OVER PRICED, RUDE, BAD SERVICE, THEY GUARANTEE NOTHING THEY JUST WANT MORE MONEY.
I've never had a bad experience with Truly Nolen. They've been servicing my home for two years and I have not had a single pest problem. The one time I saw a roach, they came out right away to spray again. The gentleman who comes to my house to do the treatment is always polite. I also appreciate their courtesy calls because sometimes I forget when the appointments are scheduled for them to come out. Thank you Truly Nolen, I appreciate you!
I can't prove this, but I can't think of any other possible way this would have happened. We had Truly Nolen seal up our roof vents and trap the roof rats that got into the attic. All was good until the one year warranty was up. I declined to pay for another year warranty because the situation was under control since they had screened the vents.
