Horrible customer service! Got home one minute after my appointment time, had a "sorry we missed you" tag on the door. The inspector had come early and left because we weren't home. Called the office at 11:03 and they contacted the guy. Said he was already on his way to San Luis for his next appt and wouldn't be able to make it here today. It would have been nice if he had waited at least until the actual appt time before leaving. I'm extremely mad about this and would choose another service if I wasn't renting this house.
