Absolutely terrible customer service. would not explain the cost of materials to my wife and yelled at her. She felt totally disrespected and no apology or compassion was shown after the incident. We canceled our project with them immediately. Hope they work on their people skills soon

Very happy with my experience with Truly Carpet. I connected with Chad on Facebook and he came to the house with tons of samples. He helped explain different types of carpet and flooring, and even helped match the currently hard flooring so I could add more by the front and black door. They did a beautiful job installing both the carpet and plank flooring and it helped complete the look in my newly remodeled house.
