Wouldn’t recommend for permanent jewelry. Got a hand chain and verified that I could come in and have it fixed if it broke. After only 20 days, the chain broke… I called the location, they said if I brought in the receipt that they would fix it for only $10. I then had the entire chain done for them to try to charge me over $60. They charged me for the chain and gems despite telling me twice it would be covered if it had been less than 30 days. Definitely feel ripped off, expected better from a ‘high quality’ jewelry store:(
