Frustrating experience with Frankie
I had a disappointing experience at the Trulieve location in Lakeland. Frankie was rude and unwelcoming, and the interaction felt unnecessarily unpleasant from the moment I was being helped.
Love the selection and staff!!! My man Marco is an excellent employee! Great customer service!
The best dispensary I've ever gone to in my entire life trulieve of Lakeland Florida
