Why have order ahead online? when you get to the store you sit in the lobby for 45 min and then they move you into the actual dispensary just to sit there another friggin 15 minutes!!! EVEVRY.FRIGGIN.TIME! Both locations in Bradenton are horrible for pickups!!! I quit coming to trulieve because of this and open products I was reviewing, but after a yr and half came back to try and guess what product was fine, but again with the wait... Maybe employers should focus more on customers instead of bullshitting

First time customer. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and informative. Alex was so knowledgeable about all the products. We spoke for a bit, I told him what I preferred, and I let him choose what he thought I would like. I was NOT disappointed! Thank you for a most enjoyable 1st visit! See you soon!

I love Trulieve! The staff has always been very helpful and always takes care of my issues quickly and efficiently. Brandy at the Trulieve in Bradenton (14th street) is always very friendly and is very good at her job! Everyone at Trulieve is amazing! Including the delivery drivers! Always amazing!

There was a time when Trulieve would have gotten a 5 star review from me, but no longer. You place orders with Trulieve and they never contact you to let you know your order is ready. Then if you try to contact Trulieve via their chat help system, you are told that you have to go to the store in person to check when the order might be ready. Then you go to the Trulieve only to find out that they don't have everything their web site said they had. Oh, and if you want your incomplete order, you still have to wait around... read more

I’ve been a loyal customer to Trulieve from the beginning. Since 4/20 Their entire professionalism has been shit! The delivery system sucks! They promised in four days they don’t get the orders correct and they send you what they want to send you and it’s not for days it turns out to be like a week, plus pick up they tell you to come pick up your stuff and then when you get there, i’m sorry you don’t have enough flour anymore sorry we didn’t tell you before you waited 90 minutes have a nice day. Customer communication lower than poor, and you cannot call the pickup store where you made a order because goes to the online number. 844.878.5438 which does is not able to communicate with store. not going mention the BS excuse that the 844.878.5438 will share with their customer. Trulieve has great products at a competitive price. They offer the cheapest flower currently on the market as well. However, TRULIEVE, SUCKS. Every single location I have ever been to in the last two years has messed up at least one thing per order. Trulieve is the Walmart of the medical marijuana industry. People are practically forced to shop there because some of their prices are so low, yet it may not even be worth it considering the painful process of getting things right here.
