Stop posting houses that sold six months ago!
They are a bunch of money grubbers...get nothing but listings on $200k properties and UP, when my limit is set to $50k. Also within days of listings being posted I've seen increases of %400 on properties that water has to be hauled to. BAD BUSINESS.

I listed my For Sale By Owner Duplex on Trulia. When viewing my listing, I was amazed to see Realtor's pictures, phone numbers listed ahead of my contact info. That wasn't bad enough, a friend stopped by and when they looked at my listing a red convenience bar popped up with a Call/Email which when pressed went directly to the Realtor's. I called the Realtor and was told they pay Trulia to be listed there and that is Their site not mine. This is Very unethical and Misleading to people.
