I had a great experience! Karen Martinez was extremely helpful not only with completing my tax forms but also with providing advice and guidance on some of my concerns. She is very patient, considerate, communicative/responsive, and overall very friendly. I would definitely recommend her! (PS: They can assist remotely which was honestly a plus for me!)

I recently did my taxes with Nancy, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite charging a hefty fee of $300, Nancy neglected to include crucial details such as birth certificates, names, and social security numbers in my application. This oversight led to a significant delay in processing my taxes, ultimately forcing me to rectify the errors myself and resend the application via mail. I’m not one to post reviews but my experience at Trujillo was great— all the ladies there are very welcoming and knowledgeable but I want to give a huge shoutout to Karen A for going out of her way for my family and I. Trujillo Tax’s service is quick and efficient and most importantly very professional.
