The provider was extremely professional . was suprised based on the comments but the other Dr at this office was awesome
I visited this doctor for my annual check-up, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited for over an hour to be seen, and when the doctor finally attended to me, it felt rushed and impersonal. They didn't perform a proper examination and quickly referred me to a specialist without addressing my concerns.Additionally, there was a virtual assistant involved in the process, which made the interaction feel even less personal. Sadly, I very much agree with all the comments, not recommendable because of everything said previously, it happened to me.
Be careful with this people they just want your money and they don't care about you.I went to do the annual exam that is included in my insurance, and without my authorization they did on me many exams and then sent me a high bill.
The best of the best!! From the staff to the Dr. I loved it, they care and spend the time to ask questions and just the best, the real family Dr. Not just a number! love you Dr. Trujillo and staff
My first experience with Trujillo Medical Center was rather odd. My husband and I went there for a general checkup. I was surprised to be greeted by a rather aloof doctor, whom didn’t really do much as I would expect for a checkup. She immediately sent us to get blood work done, which is conveniently located in the same office. After having our blood work done, this is where things took a turn for the worse. I was looking for a new primary care doctor, and this was one of the first results that came up that was covered by my insurance. Dr. Trujillo, however, did not seem to care to really listen to my concerns and she was in a hurry to rush me out of the door. She was dismissive of my concerns and I had to tell her to prescribe diagnostic test.
