Most excellent service. All the tellers are so friendly and helpful.
The staff at Truity on 6th are great!!! The tellers: Slayd, Justin and Presley are always so friendly and helpful! Faith in the lobby is very informative and kind! GREAT WORK GUYS!!!
I'd have to say. The only thing I don't love about Truity. Is it's hard to get ahold of the person that you need to speak with About what ever the situation may be. It's like a a dog chasing its own tail. Need a better system. Like AT&T have.
You have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! The women are snotty and rude. Apparently I've opened a credit card NEVER ACTIVATED IT AND WAS CHARGED $15. This is a total scam. I work in the health care field and come in contact with hundreds of people a day. I will be banking elsewhere and telling people of the scam you have going. I'm not going to stop there either. Truity is definitely a five star bank!
Not good not bad. One thing that I dislike is the fact that you can not call and speak with anyone on a Saturday. For those of us that work the same time the bank is open and we can't use our phones during the day, the only time we can call is on Saturdays. But if we cannot reach anyone except an automated voice that tells us the bank is closed except certain locations, but does not give us a number to call these locations, it's pointless then.
