I should have the option to leave 0 stars. This company is an absolute joke. Illegally seizing titles to property after the loan is paid off. I have a credit card with this company and because it isn’t paid off they refuse to give me the title to my bike which is paid in full. They say I agreed to let them keep the title until the credit card is paid. FUCKING LIARS! FABRICATED BULLSHIT. Worst company ever, they will do everything they can to screw you out of as much money as possible. Do not do business here, you will regret... read more
Off to very bad start ! Website is user unfriendly , Have called twice and the response I get is handle it yourself! Navy Fed has much better customer service!
