Have no idea why the rating is so low!? Hope this will help boost it! I have nothing but good thing to say about this truist branch they have wonderful employees that are very friendly! I'd like to specifically mention and thank Madison Hinchey who was nothing but wonderful! She was very polite and helpful answered all my questions and fixed everything I needed fixed!!
