Attempted to cash a check from my school drawn on sun trust. I was told that school hasn't issued checks in a long time and unfortunately they cannot cash it until someone from the school can verify despite having the ability to confirm routing and account number from the check as well as sufficient funds to cash the check. This process needs to be improved. The teller did a poor job explaining this. I asked another bank employee for a better explanation
Great staff, helped my uncle and I out perfectly. They were still able to help him out fast and efficiently.
