Customer service is above and beyond. Tyler deserves a raise!! 🫶👏
I usually don't write reviews, but this branch has the worst customer service. I went to withdraw funds, provided all necessary information, including my ID and debit card that matched my account, yet the supervisor denied my withdrawal. Even a coworker recognized me and confirmed I regularly withdraw money there. Frustrated, I left and went to another branch 20 min away, only to discover they locked my account. the supervisor was rude and unprofessional throughout the experience.
ATM closed. Not accessible.
I opened a new checking account. The bank staff was very friendly and completed the account opening quickly. By the way, Truist bank has very elegant purple in its interior design and graphic design.
Beware. If you close an account, they may not close it out completely and try to charge you fees. Total scam that feels intentional.
