Literally the worst . Every single time I come for any small thing they can’t help . Take forever with everything, super slow . I have been coming here for 7 years because of location convenience but will avoid now
Manager came out of office asked me in line what i want i said need a new card to make a deposit, the card that was supposed to come in mail did not. He then asks guy in line behind me what he wants he wants a new card too. The jerk manager Anusson ? Then takes the guy behind me into office and gives him a new card while i wait in line. I came into this bank in wyn wood to open up an account. At first the gentlemen told me I was unable to open up an account so he assisted me to call the 800 number. I did. When I called they told me that about 16 years ago I had an account with sun trust which I never banked with them. The customer service representative spoke to the teller and told them that I could open up an account but it's up to the BRANCHS discretion .
