@Truist by far the worst banking experience I have ever had. Jason Escalona the branch manager was very rude. He was not even willing to listen to our concerns. He was calling security on us when we asked him to connect with us with Truist customer support. He came out and asked us to leave, threaten to call the security on us. He has such a bad attitude.
