Always short on staff, only one person has knowledge of transferring money opened up an account and they’re always hiring new help. They cannot keep consistent people there people always leave moving to another bank or another source overall nice people, but this particular branch has had issues for years and never gets better. Only the best people leave. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and it’s gotten worse of the last five years.
There is always something wrong with this ATM no matter what time of the day you come. I've tried to use this ATM three different times in the last month and twice I couldn't withdraw any money and once I couldn't deposit money because there's always some option on the machine that doesn't work. Almost every time I come here it's a waste of time at the ATM you have to actually interact with people inside to get anything done
One of the worst customer service experiences ever. The system always going down on a Friday. Plus they aren’t open on the weekends. Not much you can do for people operating like that
The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant tellers in the drive thru as well.
