After watching news and seeing a report on WIS10 and the Veteran who had $70K scammed from his savings and having to sue Truist to get $ back is a great injustice. Hope the Veteran got extra $ for the harassment he received in not having this issue resolved in a timely manner. I know many people that will be canceling their accounts with Truist.
Customer service was just slack. I asked to speak to a manager and she came out, I asked if she was the manager and she confirmed then passed by me and went to the teller and directed the teller what to tell me like I wasn’t even worth her time. Thinking about closing both my business accounts with them just based on the service that I received at the Broad street location in Sumter, SC
Every experience is never a pleasant one at this particular branch.
Spent a short time on the phone with an employee in regards to transferring my account and opening another one. I wish I had caught her name because she was very thorough, polite, and efficient in every way. Thank you Truist !!
