I found Joalene to be very efficient and pleasant, and hope to see her at this branch again. I wish this branch had Saturday hours, but the availability of free parking (essential) and nearness to where I live make lack of Sat hours much less important than it might be.

This particular branch is near a site I work. My employer pays me via paper checks. On payday whatever site I’m at I cash my check at the nearest Truist Bank, No problem. At this particular branch the woman by the name of Jocelyn Blanco continues to make every transaction a hassle. Mr. Harvey was extremely helpful and made my banking experience very pleasant. Opening my account was a breeze! He has exceptional customer service and is very personable. Wish there were more bankers like him. He was also very knowledgeable about what credit card would work best with my lifestyle and explained the differences between what I have now and what SunTrust offers.
