This particular branch is near a site I work. My employer pays me via paper checks. On payday whatever site I’m at I cash my check at the nearest Truist Bank, No problem. At this particular branch the woman by the name of Jocelyn Blanco continues to make every transaction a hassle. Mr. Harvey was extremely helpful and made my banking experience very pleasant. Opening my account was a breeze! He has exceptional customer service and is very personable. Wish there were more bankers like him.
