Ridiculous that I can’t access ATM at 6:07 pm on a Wednesday. Might have to go back to my old bank. I’ve been with Truist for about a month and am not enjoying my banking experiences
Would give negative stars if possible. They had three suits doing nothing but sitting and the one teller had to go to lunch so no customer service. Something about the manager and other suits didn't have teller training. Worst branch in the DMV area. Avoid aat all cost.
