Everyone here is genuinely so wonderful. Probably the best bank experience I’ve had in a while. Would 1000% recommend!
I tried to go there twice and something always seems to be wrong. First time I went there and doors were locked. An employee was outside and could not get in. SMH. I went there this morning and the branch was open. I see no one behind the counter and two employees standing in the lobby. "Sorry we do not have a teller until 10am". How are you opened is my question and on a Friday morning where most people get paid and cash checks not to mention the first of the month and no teller. I am so glad I use a credit union.
After many frustrating months of interactions, we met Ryan Thompson at Truist on Lancaster Ave. She solved our complex situation, fixed the problem and embodied all the stated values of the bank. She was professional, caring, helpful, supportive and smart as a whip! Go Ryan!
