I have been a Truist customer for 12 years (back when it was Suntrust). Recently had a major fraud issue on my account and could not get any help figuring out the situation. Mrs. Wanda Campbell made it a mission to figure out the problem. She is without a doubt the best banker Truist has and she is located at this location. She never gave up on me and helped get all my money back from the fraud. She truly cares for her customers. If you need help, you need to contact her.
A very good and friendly to bank. Wanda Cochran cares about her clients. She is a breath of fresh air.
Customer service here is terrible. The associate didn’t want to help me because they closed in 45 minutes.
Had questions about which checking account to get. It was an obvious choice but the employee described all options. Service was excellent.
