The young lady who sits right next to the door on 2/14/25 at 3 PM is very rude and not helpful at all. The other 2 staffs are very nice and helpful. I think she should look for another job that suits her rude personality, this is not it.

The worst service I have ever received at a bank in my life. What exactly are these useless "employees" being paid to do? I recently opened an account with Truist. The senior relationship banker told me my funds would be available at midnight. I then find out after my card was declined that my funds weren't available yet and there was a hold due to a phone number mismatch.
