Where is everybody at this bank? No one is working, only 1 teller and 1 customer service. Absolutely ridiculous
This is by far the worst Truist Bank location in the area. The service at the teller section is consistently poor. There’s always some kind of issue with the tellers that slows things down, and it seems to happen every single time I visit. I understand if one teller is helping a customer with a more complex issue that’s totally fine. But how are both tellers not working while the line just keeps growing?
