I have been coming to this bank since I moved to Atlanta. I’ve had some OK experiences and I’ve had some horrible experiences but today July 30, 2026. I met one of the best bankers I could ever meet and she was so sweet she went through everything to make sure I was ok.. I am so grateful for her and the new manager Kevin is amazing and so caring thank you for your generosity and you have changed my perception of this bank
This bank is amazing! I came from Wyoming, 2k miles away, to take care of some family things in which i have POA. We first went to Ameris to discuss the accounts there and elder abuse fraud, and they would not even talk to me! Yes I had the POA papers with me. They wanted my family member, who is physically disabled, to be present, AFTER, she had already been in to give permission for me to be on the account, and since she was unable to be there, they denied me access.
