Booked an appointment online to open a business account at 11:30 AM. When I arrived, no one at the branch could even locate my appointment in the system. After waiting in the lobby for 10–15 minutes, I was told by a teller that the branch manager was stuck in traffic because he had been sent to help at another location and would arrive in about 10 minutes.
