Takes forever never have enough help
Got to be the slowest services I’ve ever received! Regions Bank is sounding really good right now!
I had one of the worst experiences at this location. So disrespectful and rude, and some they have lack of bank nuwldge. I give them - 5 .
The teller is very unprofessional. Yawn with wide-open mouth a few times while talking to me and handling the transaction!
No one ever answers when you call this branch and when you leave a voice mail, no one ever calls you back. And then I call the main Truist customer service number saying I need to cancel my safety deposit box, they say only that local branch can help you. I live almost 2 hours away. Its very annoying I have to keep driving back and forth to this location simply because I can not reach anyone and no one will call me back.
