Truist Bank manager Mr F. Rivera is a true professional. He provides great service and really cares about his clients.
Truly some of the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank. The manager didn't know their own protocol. He had to keep calling other employees for answers to questions. It took 3 visits to resolve my issue. Based on my experience I can't recommend this bank for anything more than a debit card. Happy to pull my money from this place and larger business model.
