Truly some of the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank. The manager didn't know their own protocol. He had to keep calling other employees for answers to questions. It took 3 visits to resolve my issue. Based on my experience I can't recommend this bank for anything more than a debit card. Happy to pull my money from this place and larger business model.

It’s a pleasure visiting this location. The teo girl tellers are a ball of energy that leaves me leaving with a smile every time I need to get some cash.
