It's been my personal and business bank since 1989. Well NBC bank, then Suntrust and now Truist. Good local bank here and all around the South.
The tellers were very, very sweet. I stopped in midday, and the line moves quickly, with no hangups, or slowdowns. The staff at this location are always helpful and so nice to talk to. I have banked with Truist for years and this is by far the nicest location they have, with the sweetest staff you could hope for.
My debit card is in the month of expiration. So I was supposedly mailed a new card. Checking mail daily and had not shown. I called and found that the address they have was never and I mean never one of the addresses I have ever had. I have been recieving mail from truist at my current address. I then asked when to expect the new card and was told 2 weeks, as well as my current card is now turned off and not useful. WOW, so you made up an address, then deny my funds for 2 weeks. WOW.
