The manager, Jorge Felix, and every member of Staff in this Truist Bank at 1801 Adams Mill Road, Washington, DC, are Very helpful and friendly.
Why put an atm outside in a ruff ghetto neighborhood you asking for trouble not only victims or customers at this branch but also thieves who steal money from your customers or beggars seeing customers getting/withdrawing from the atm. This is not the only bank with the outside atm. There is three banks that I saw along that one block. From PNC and chase and truist and they are all outside atms. I will never go back here again. No matter how convenient it is I am going to take my business elsewhere.
I've actually been to this branch. They weren't helpful, I got NOTHING accomplished, and I dont blame it on COVID19!
