Shauntel and Omar were amazing! I had recently gotten my card along with my id when I went in to get a temporary card they where hesitant which I understand because security risks and all that, but Chantelle asked me some questions and at the end of the day I got my temporary card until my new one comes in. I couldn’t be happier with the service from Chantelle and Omar!

Very lackluster customer service. It’s always been hit or miss but today I was greeeted by Shauntelle at the drive through who had me wait. After about 5 minutes I looked around to see the self automated line was moving much faster than I was. Decided to back out and park to go inside instead, as I walked in I saw the lady who had me wait in line with literally nobody in front of her, she was just chilling.
