I went there due to pasadena branch closed yesterday afternoon 8/20/25. There is an Asian lady who works there who needs customer service classes asap. She was nasty and abrupt not just to me but other customers as well while I waited.
Shauntel and Omar were amazing! I had recently gotten my card along with my id when I went in to get a temporary card they where hesitant which I understand because security risks and all that, but Chantelle asked me some questions and at the end of the day I got my temporary card until my new one comes in. I couldn’t be happier with the service from Chantelle and Omar!
