I wish I could give them zero stars. I opened a business account on October of 2025 and every single check I have deposited it’s been placed on a 7 business day hold. Today I went in and talked to Kristie, a banker, about it. She told me that for a check to clear without a hold, I need to have that amount of money in the account. Which means if I have a check for $45,000 I need to already have $45,000 sitting pretty on my account. This is the only location opened in the area on Saturday. Be prepared to wait 25+ minutes in line just to see a rude teller.
