Terribly slow horrible experience I have withdrawn cash from various locations throughout the years this is the only time they made me stand there for 15 minutes while they updated my ID in their system all because their ATM now was not working for withdrawals.
I was at the Flower Hill Truist today.. The branch manager and Mr. Singh were so polite and professional.. I go to this branch ONLY for my personal banking! April Overton
My experience with the Truist Bank at Flower Hill in Gaithersburg MD was the worst I had with a bank on the 30 years . Incompetente staff, new ridiculous requirements and a refusal to even acknowledge they may need to improve their customer service . They even make it difícult to make small deposits that can be done at any ATM . When an ATM can do a better job than your tellers , it is maybe time to rethink your own professional ethics .
