no line and only accepting my 3/4 deposits is ridiculous. Sending 1 deposit (less than $200) back so someone who would then have to wait now is ridiculous. So proceeding to circle the building and pull back up to same empty line to deposit my last deposit. (The teller services the person who pulls in after me, so now I have to wait even longer) Of course they will say “I am just doing what I am told” instead of trying to have great/exceptional customer service. I just opened an account with truist and I'm regretting it already. I called to get some answers to my question, the person I spoke to had absolutely no clue what I was asking, he said to me another team would call me in 15 minutes to answer my question. No one called me and it's been more than 24 hours.
Great experience working this location. Mrs Rubena was awesome and efficient. The staff was friendly and professional.
