Professional and very friendly! Great experience!
I went to this branch in July 2019. I needed to use their ATM to get cash for a haircut. I paid the ATM fee (since I’m a BOA customer instead of BB&T). The office was clean and staff friendly. That said, I needed to break the $20 into (2) $10 bills - seems simple, no? I was told they could only make change for account holders. The branch was empty, it was a single $20 bill, and I was refused this simple task.
