The worst Truist I have ever been to. I have been denied withdraws due to a block, that customer service says never existed. I had to call, they did not even offer to help me sort this out. The next day I went back and they said that they were closing soon, and would not give me money, which corporate said was available; yet they could not give me, or tell me, anything about this black which corporate said did not exist. My banker has been the best banker ever! He has always been prompt, professional, and courteous always going that extra mile to assist our small business whenever we need it!!
