Can I give a negative rating???? All of these Truist locations say they’re open until 5pm!! NONE OF THEM ARE OPEN UNTIL 5pm. Time to change banks!

El personal es muy atento y muy amables. Han cumplido en todo y realmente te ayudan. En mi caso 100% recomendable.
Told to go inside a branch to set up an ACH payment, which honestly should be able to be done through the app for something so simple. Wasted my time having to see someone for something so simple. Been waiting at this branch for over 15 minutes now.
