And again they strike….so I received a message on my phone saying that there was a fraudulent charge on my account. I called, after being on the phone with a useless representative, like all of the ones that work there, I requested that the account be left alone and to not put a hold on my card. Closed one of my checking account cards without notifying me. Cancelled my primary checking card without notifying me. I deposited a check via the mobile app at 8:46pm, tell me how the app all of the sudden recorded that I deposited the check at 9:04pm, thus making me wait an extra day for the funds to be available. I went to the branch on 11721 Boyette Rd. Megan was super helpful over the phone and in person. She's a rock star. The service was top notch.
Fraudulent transaction and they could help the back round noise on top of the person in customer service did speak English very well. Very frustrating!! Would not recommend this financial institution to anyone!
