The drive thru staff are always professional and courteous. My wait times are minimal and I never have any problems. Thank you for great customer service!
WORST BANK IN HISTORY!!! They froze my account when I tried to send money to my daughter. Now I have to waste two hours of my day to go down to their lousy brick-and-mortar location to get it unlocked. WORST BANK IN HISTORY!!! I highly recommend NOT backing with Truist!!
Went to Truist in Riverview on Monday (14 October) but it was closed. No sign, nothing. ATM was empty. The Wells Fargo and Bank of America next door were OPEN!! I know there was a hurricane, but at least post a sign on the door so folks will know when they can get their money out!!
This personale at this bank is wonderfully amazing. They treat the accont holders with dignity and responsibilities. I just want say muchas gracias for the excelente servicio.
