I believe there is a significant opportunity for improvement in customer service, particularly through updated training in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Additionally, the drive-through machines and associated technology are in need of modernization, as they currently appear outdated and unclean.
How can I run a business if the Truist banking app or online access doesn't work? I have no idea what deposits are coming in or out! It's been like this for weeks. People need to know their money is there! Horrible bank. I miss Suntrust!
Worse decision ever opening an account with this bank. They are horrible. They dont work with you on fraud claims or NSf fees. Even if you only have 1 in the lige of the account
The drive thru staff are always professional and courteous. My wait times are minimal and I never have any problems. Thank you for great customer service!
WORST BANK IN HISTORY!!! They froze my account when I tried to send money to my daughter. Now I have to waste two hours of my day to go down to their lousy brick-and-mortar location to get it unlocked. WORST BANK IN HISTORY!!! I highly recommend NOT backing with Truist!!
