I closed my Truist account because I no longer needed it. The banker was initially somewhat condescending and only discussed basic options until I mentioned balances at other banks, after which her attitude became noticeably friendlier. The account closing process was poorly handled. I wasn’t informed that online banking access would be disabled immediately, and questions about direct deposit came only after the account was closed. Recently started doing business with Truist at this location and the experience was Amazing. The staff was great, never had to wait long, and I was guided through every step. Mario was very knowledgeable and explained/answered in great detail every question I had.
Bank is extremely efficient. The team is very attentive. They greet you as soon as you come in and always give me excellent service. I recommend this bank to all my friends and family . I been coming to this branch for the past 20 years and continue be impressed by the team here!
Truist is turning into garbage top down. Misleading advertising, poor customer service, high interest rates, slow administration.
