I’ve been banking with Truist for 9 years and regularly visit this branch for my small business for the last 2 years - often once or twice a month. Unfortunately, the experience has consistently been frustrating and disappointing. There always seems to be a problem: They often open late, which is difficult for customers trying to stop in before work. Worst F'in Truist Branch in Philadelphia!!! It's always 1 teller to work both the front and drive through. The Management here is Atrocious!!!!

I literally had to leave this bank and ride 15 mins to another bc bank manager didn’t even acknowledge me sitting there and walked past me like 4X. Then the teller didn’t know the store number. It was an awful experience. Some of us need to do better in positions. Customer service is out of the window. These young people coming in , some have no purpose and they get hired probably based on looks and totally brain dead. The tellers are rude and often incorrect. I recently made a deposit that included less than $5 in small change and the teller gave the change back, refusing to count it. She said it had to be rolled in papers. I explained that I have deposited small change every few weeks for two years and have never had an issue. She still refused, and gave me coin roll papers. I rolled the coins and sent them back, and a new teller came over and said "you cannot submit half full rolls". Okay... so what should I do? Basically they were tryi... read more
