I opened a 5 month CD at Truist in February of this year at a rate of 4.00%. It automatically rolled over with no notification in July, a practice I don't like. I looked online on 8/30 and saw that the rate it rolled over to was 0.05%....yes 0.05%. Needless to say, I called customer service and closed the account..... a ridiculous process that took over an hour to accomplish. This kind of nonsense is exactly what turns a loyal customer into a former customer.

I’ve been banking with Truist for 9 years and regularly visit this branch for my small business for the last 2 years - often once or twice a month. Unfortunately, the experience has consistently been frustrating and disappointing. There always seems to be a problem: They often open late, which is difficult for customers trying to stop in before work. Worst F'in Truist Branch in Philadelphia!!! It's always 1 teller to work both the front and drive through. The Management here is Atrocious!!!!
